"Twilight: New Moon" can drive you to the poor house .... that is, if you spend the $3.3 million asking price to buy the house featured in the flicks.
We've learned the Vancouver "Cullen House" -- three floors, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and with air once breathed by Robert Pattinson -- is now available for purchase ... but don't expect any "Twilight" stars to make another visit because the real estate agent tells us the studio's done with it.
We're also told the last owner is taking all of his "Twilight" memorabilia with him when he moves -- that really sucks.

Tonight's the big "This Is It" premiere and the Jackson brothers haven't got a thing to wear.
TMZ obtained a copy of an email sent yesterday from a staffer working on the Jacksons' upcoming A&E reality show to different fashion companies asking them to please outfit Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Tito in "dressy attire" for tonight's premiere.
The letter states that the staffer would, "love to put the four brothers in XXXXX or dressy attire as this premiere will be receiving a lot of press and will be featured on the reality show."
No word if the Jackson bros scored a deal with anyone -- but we can't wait to see their costumes.

TMZ has learned that Michael Jackson's kids will see "This Is It" tonight -- in their own private screening.
Sources close to the family tell TMZ the kids were invited by Sony to see a screening of the movie tonight on the Sony lot in Los Angeles. We're told the kids have been sick with the flu all week, but still plan on making the screening tonight.
Michael's mother, Katherine, will not be in attendance.

The people behind "This Is It" are furious over reports that the Michael Jackson featured in the movie is a body double -- claiming those reports are "pure garbage."
The controversy began earlier this month after Joe Jackson claimed the media was going to "tear this movie apart" -- and insisted it was "mostly body doubles."
But a rep from Sony -- co-producers of the flick -- tells TMZ, "This story is pure garbage and there are no body doubles.
Audiences will begin to see the film tomorrow and every time they see The King of Pop they will know that every frame is unquestionably Michael as he rehearses and prepares for the London concerts that were to have begun this past summer."

Michael Jackson's family has just gotten a cache of tickets to "This Is It" -- but not everyone is going.
We've learned Sony reps gave 60 tickets to Katherine Jackson's assistant last night at a special screening for the movie. We're also told Jackie Jackson, along with some of Michael's nieces and nephews, also attended and enjoyed it.
No word on why it took so long for the Jackson's to get the tickets, because Sony had been saying for more than a week they had already been delivered.
We're told Katherine and La Toya have both said they're not going to see the movie. We're told Michael's 3 kids want to see it.

Tickets are going fast for the limited engagement of the MJ concert doc "This Is It" -- but there are two people who aren't scrambling to get seats: Michael's own mother and sister.
We got La Toya Jackson outside of Katsuya last night where she told us, "We're not seeing it, my mother, we're not seeing it."
As TMZ previously reported, 60 tickets were offered to the family, but Katherine insists no one ever called her about getting seats. We're also told Michael's three kids really want to see the flick.

Chris Rock's rep tells TMZ a judge has just cleared the way for Rock to release his movie -- "Good Hair" -- tomorrow.
Regina Kimbell has sued Rock, claiming he ripped off her documentary, "My Nappy Roots." She went into court to get a temporary restraining order but the judge shut her down today.
So the show will go on.

The Challenge: Try to get through this post without getting the song "I Like to Move It" stuck in your head ... we dare you.
The Story: The horribly catchy "Move It" song is at the center of a pretty nasty legal battle involving some Americans ... some Germans ... and part of Madagascar.
The US-based record company who owns the rights to the 1993 hit claims some German musicians made a cover version of the song without proper permission back in 2005 -- right after the original song was featured in the 2005 movie "Madagascar."
In the lawsuit, filed in federal court in NY, the Americans claim ze Germans tried to capitalize on the song's recaptured fame by selling the unlicensed cover here in the good ole US of A.
Now, the Americans are suing for damages and demanding ze Germans "destroy all copies of the Infringing Records."
The Conclusion: We're done. Now go listen to the song.

The man arrested for allegedly burglarizing Lindsay Lohan's house may not have been a stranger to the actress..
Several people who worked with her on the movie "Labor Pains" -- which was shot last year -- tell TMZ they saw Nick Prugo hanging out on the set with Lindsay. One person who worked on the set estimates she saw them together at least 10 times.
Prugo -- who is 18 -- was arrested for cocaine possession last February. He pled guilty and was placed in a drug diversion program. He was also arrested last month for DUI.
We don't know if Prugo had been to Lindsay's house prior to the break-in.
No comment so far from Lindsay's camp.

In Hollywood, it pays to be Dakota Fanning's little sister -- 'cause the other Fanning child is officially pulling in a 6-figure salary.
We've just obtained a copy of Elle Fanning's minor contract for the upcoming flick "Somewhere" -- filed in L.A. County Superior Court -- which shows the 11-year-old is set to take in $125,000 for her role in the flick.
According to the docs, Elle and her mother were also put up in a five-star hotel during filming and given a $75 per diem -- which was treatment "no less favorable than that provided to any other cast member" ... well, with one exception.
The contract shows her co-star Stephen Dorff was granted one special and very specific request: A free room at the Chateau Marmont for the duration of the shoot.

Two screenwriters claim the script for Jennifer Aniston's new movie was straight up stolen from them by NBC Universal -- and now they want to stop the movie from being released ... or they want more than $100,000,000.
Greg Crowder and Tony Freitas just filed a lawsuit against NBC Universal, claiming they gave a script titled "The Truth" to Scott Bernstein in 2006 -- when Scott was VP of Production for Universal Pictures.
In the federal lawsuit filed by the screenwriters' lawyer, Ed McPherson, Crowder claims he had multiple meetings with Bernstein about the script -- but Bernstein told Crowder it needed a rewrite before Universal would buy it. Crowder said he'd rewrite it but only if Universal paid. Bernstein wouldn't pay so the deal fell apart.
Fast forward to 2009 ... Crowder says he submitted the script to another film company, who told him they were "concerned that [he] might have stolen" the script from the upcoming Jennifer Aniston/Aaron Eckhart project called "Love Happens." The suit says it was the other way around.
Crowder and Freitas are asking a judge to block NBC Universal from releasing the film on September 18. If it gets released they want the profits ... which they estimate at more than $100,000,000.

The trailer for the upcoming Michael Jackson tour movie debuted last night -- and shows a ton of previously unseen rehearsal video of MJ in the months leading up to his death.
Michael appears with it in the footage -- and the huge dance sequences teased look damn bad ass.
The movie will be shown in theaters for two weeks, starting October 28.

The Michael Jackson concert rehearsal movie will be coming sooner than expected to a theater near you ... two days early.
Sony has announced that "Michael Jackson: This Is It" will begin its two-week theater run on October 28, instead of October 30 as originally planned. The move gives the studio a two-day jump on the busy Halloween weekend.
Tickets for the movie will go on sale September 27, more than a month before the movie even opens.
As for the action today in court, Randy Jackson is among several people expected to testify today about a pending deal with concert promoter AEG to do a tour of Jackson memorabilia. AEG wants to get the deal with Jackson's estate approved quickly to time the tour with the release of the movie.
There's some push back among members of the Jackson family, who are bitter over AEG and Jackson's death, and who believe AEG is getting too much money for the memorabilia tour.
